Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations -Refunds will not be issued. -If you cannot attend a session you must cancel with 48 hours notice and we can credit this session to be rescheduled- if it is not cancelled in this time frame you will loose the credit. - Refunds are processed at the discretion of LB Fitness. 2. Code of Conduct Clients must treat the trainer and other participants with respect. LB Fitness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for inappropriate behaviour. 3. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with reasonable notice, No refunds will be provided for paid sessions unless otherwise agreed. 4. Amendments LB Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
