LB Fitness understand that some women may feel self-conscious about being in a gym environment.
We can offer you a variety of training options, including outdoor sessions or training in a private studio. We will adapt to your needs and make you feel the utmost comfortable.
Personal Training:
In-person interaction: You work directly with one of our trainers in person, which provides real-time feedback and corrections during your workout.
Hands-on support: Your trainer can help with your form, demonstrate exercises, and motivate you in real-time.
Structured sessions: You typically have a set time for training, and the trainer is physically present to guide you through each movement.
Online Coaching:
Remote support: You communicate with your coach through digital channels like video calls, emails, or messaging apps.
Flexibility: You will follow your session plans and program that is tailored to you, but you don’t have to be in the same location as your coach. It's often designed to be more flexible with your schedule.
Self-guided: While you get expert advice, workouts, and feedback, the sessions aren’t necessarily in real-time. You will complete workouts in your own time and report back for adjustments.
We offer in-person training at Riot Boxing (Ouseburn) and surrounding areas. We are able to travel off-site for private corporate sessions but please enquire for more info.
For coaching enquires, simply book a kickstart call or get in touch via our enquiry form. On the call or in-person chat we will understand your goals and guide you to the best option for you.
